Kingaa Automobiles was founded in 1993 by former mechanicMr. Kingaa Norbu in Olakha, Thimphu — the capital city of Bhutan. What began as a small workshop with Mr. Kingaa Norbu and a handful of helpers has grown into a well-equipped, fully established company of 58 employees.
Kingaa Automobiles is considered one of the biggest and oldest private automobile companies in Bhutan. Our independent repair facility spans 18623 sq ft with 20 service bays, located at the main entrance from the national highway to Olakha Industrial Area — the largest workspace in the automobile service industry in the region.
We are the authorized service center for Toyota, Eicher and Mahindra (mechanical) and Bosch (electrical), and our founder along with select mechanics were trained abroad, financed by the Royal Government of Bhutan.
